DoItFree.site was built because good hotel management software shouldn't cost more than the rooms it manages.

Why we built this

Most hotel management software is priced for large chains. A small guesthouse, boutique hotel, or family-run property in Bali, Marrakech, or Mexico City faces the same operational complexity — reservations, housekeeping schedules, restaurant charges, staff payroll — but is quoted monthly fees that eat into thin margins.

We believe the software that runs a property shouldn't be a profit centre for the vendor. DoItFree.site is a complete hotel management system available at no cost: no subscription, no per-room fee, no credit card required to start.

The system covers every department a property needs: front desk and reservations, housekeeping task management, a full restaurant POS with kitchen display, double-entry accounting, HR and payroll, procurement, inventory, and accounts payable. Everything is connected — a restaurant charge posts directly to the guest folio, a checkout triggers the balance sheet.

Who we are

We are a team based in Tabanan, Bali, Indonesia with backgrounds in hospitality operations and enterprise software. We have run properties and we have built software — this system comes from understanding both sides of the desk.

What "free" actually means

The core system — all 14 modules — is free to use for any property, any size, indefinitely. We earn through optional services: setup and configuration assistance, staff training, custom integrations, and priority support for properties that want a hands-on onboarding experience.

The software itself will never move behind a paywall. Properties that need no help can run the full system without ever paying anything.

DoItFree.site is built on a proven open-source ERP foundation adapted specifically for hospitality operations. It runs in the cloud — no server to maintain, no installation, accessible from any device with a browser. Data is stored securely and belongs to the property.
